During our week, I think we made it to the beach three times - we would do one day at the beach/one day at home. At the beginning of the week, the water was really cold, but by the time we went at the end of the week, it was actually pretty nice! Luke did well, and was super excited to build sandcastles! We borrowed a tent for Ben to hang out in, but he wasn't too excited about it. He preferred to be held, which wasn't the most practical thing on a hot, sandy beach! Looking forward to next summer when he can play with the big kids :)
